Tenderings

Bills of quantities are included to support fair evaluation and contract clarity.

Project Management

Active oversight throughout all construction phases, with regular inspections, detailed progress reports, and meetings.

Our services include supervising contracts' scope, deliveries, retainers, change orders, payments, and schedule adjustments, while coordinating closely with consultants, contractors, and suppliers.

Quality Control

Deliver quality control suggestions, including site surveyor checks and certified testing services, to ensure all standards are met while promptly addressing any non‑compliances and tracking punchlists.

Final Inspection

Conduct a thorough final walkdown to ensure all punchlist items, including any non-conformities, have been repaired and all touch-ups completed.

Coordinate with the architect, consultants, and local building authorities, and school of architecture to secure the certificate of occupancy.

Handover

Final testing and delivering turnkey facilities with complete operating manuals and warranties.

Contractor retainers are managed and released upon acceptance. Full documentation ensures a smooth transition to home occupancy.
